Refund Policy

Fair and transparent refund conditions for Fitprvital services and products.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a full or partial refund for purchases made from Fitprvital. We aim to handle all requests fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States.

By purchasing our educational consultations, digital materials, or programs, you acknowledge that you have read this policy together with our Terms of Use.

3. Consultation Services

3.1 Scheduled consultations

If you cancel a paid consultation at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or credit toward a future session, at your choice.

Cancellations made between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before the session may receive a fifty percent refund or one rescheduled appointment without additional fee.

Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before the session, or failure to attend without notice, are not eligible for a refund. We may, at our discretion, offer rescheduling in cases of documented emergencies.

3.2 Completed consultations

Once a consultation has taken place, fees are non-refundable because the educational service has been delivered. If you experience technical failure on our side that prevents delivery, contact us within seven days for a rescheduled session or full refund.

4. Digital Educational Products

Downloadable guides, worksheets, and recorded materials are generally non-refundable after access links have been sent or files downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.

If you have not accessed the product and request a refund within fourteen days of purchase, we will issue a full refund. Access is defined as opening the download link or viewing more than ten percent of video content.

If a digital product is materially defective (corrupted files, missing sections), notify us within thirty days and we will replace the product or issue a refund after verification.

5. Programs and Challenges

Multi-week variety programs and challenges may be refunded as follows:

  • Full refund if you withdraw before the program start date
  • Partial refund of up to fifty percent if you withdraw within the first seven days after the start date and have completed fewer than two program modules
  • No refund after seven days from the start date or after completing two or more modules

Program materials already distributed remain subject to our intellectual property terms; refunds do not grant continued access to restricted content.

6. Cancellation by Client

To cancel a service or request a refund, email touch@fitprvital.world with your full name, purchase date, service description, and reason for the request. Include your order reference if available. We confirm receipt within two business days.

7. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to consultant availability, technical issues, or events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.

8. Refund Request Process

  2. Our team reviews eligibility against this policy within five business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  4. You receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated

We may request additional information to prevent fraudulent claims. Denied requests include an explanation and reference to the relevant section of this policy.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional five to fourteen business days to appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access to purchased materials pending investigation.
